The Willow Ridge Neighbourhood is nestled in the scenic Foothills of the Rocky Mountains, at the southern edge of the town of Black Diamond. The Sun Brand Homes staff will be happy to show you around the area & walk you through a few of the homes that we are proud to offer in Willow Ridge. You will be pleasantly surprised with his area, as well as the quality and affordability of our homes. Each of our homes are constructed in the high standard that Sun Brand Homes has become known for. (Please check our "Reference Page".) We believe in building for the future and are pre-wiring each of our Willow Ridge homes with CAT-5 cable & an RJ45 connection box, to help provide a high quality link for your home computer. This provides our new homeowners with an option necessary for an increasing number of careers today. This is offered at no additional charge. Also, at no additional charge, we are pre-wiring each home for security systems, which can be added later at your discretion. We are able to offer these "on the house", by incorporating the wiring at an early stage in our construction process. The Alberta Government has ensured that high speed Internet access will be coming soon.

Turner Valley's Discovery Days celebrates it's heritage as the birthplace of the oil & gas industry in Canada. The original plant has been declared a national historical site. Tennis courts, an outdoor pool & an outdoor rink are also well-used faculties that Turner Valley has to offer. The Friendship Trail provides a wonderful link between the two towns, and you will notice it constantly being used for cycling, jogging, or just a great way to stroll between Turner Valley & Black Diamond.
The western lifestyle is alive and well in this ranching country. Don't be surprised to come across a cattle drive on one the back roads. Deer, elk & moose share the countryside with us.
